A little mathematics, carefully arranged.
Each time you identify a column, we collect it between the other two. We deal across the three columns again. This moves the remembered card into a smaller range of positions each round.
Counting positions from 1: after the first collection, your card is somewhere from 8 to 14; after the second, from 10 to 12; after the third, exactly 11. That is the card we reveal. The site does not need to know which individual card you chose.
